Bridal Market 2013 Recap: My Favorites!

Now that Bridal Market 2013 (like New York Fashion Week, but for bridal gown designers!) has come to a close, I wanted to take a couple posts to share the newest trends that seem to be working their way into the Fall 2014 lines. But first, I wanted to share a few of my favorites! I was actually going to wait and save this post for last, but I really really REALLY loved some gowns, so I just couldn't wait. So, without further ado, here are just a few of my many favorites from the semi-annual Bridal Market!

Anna Campbell via Anna Campbell

I am simply adoring the detailing on the back of this Anna Campbell gown! I am a lover of all things romantic and feminine, so the combination of the bow and the lace just does wonders for me... not to mention the detailing on the front!

Marchesa via Women's Wear Daily

This off-the-shoulder dress from designers Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig is a great choice for the bride who's looking to show off a little skin in a classy way. And I love the change of fabric from the bodice to the skirt!

Simone Carvalli via The Knot Blog

And for the brides who want to show off even more skin, this sexy Simone Carvalli gown will have your husband-to-be counting down the minutes until your honeymoon.

Monique Lhuillier via Women's Wear Daily

Monique Lhuillier is one of my favorite bridal gown designers, and this dress explains why perfectly. I love the mixture of a sweetheart neckline with a full ruffled skirt and this romantic off-white color will definitely stand out!

Naomi Neoh via At First Blush & Co.

I think the Naomi Neoh Secret Garden Collection was my absolute favorite collection from this year. These gowns are romantic, elegant, and classic all in one! I also love the simple floral detailing on the bodice. Pair any of these three dresses with simple jewelry for a timeless look.

Sareh Nouri via The Wedding Notebook

I've actually had the pleasure of meeting and working with the amazing Sareh Nouri on a bridal show that was put on by Exclusively Entertainment, one of D.C.'s hottest entertainment companies, last month. Having seen her work in person, I can say that it is just as intricately beautiful as the picture above shows. This gorgeous 3/4 sleeve gown is a serious showstopper. 

Franc Sarabia via Franc Sarabia

How amazing is this classic Franc Sarabia number? Like I said before, I love the feminine aspect of bows and this high neckline with a shallow plunge is another example of how to make a gown both classy and sexy. 

Naeem Khan via Women's Wear Daily

I am seriously loving the intricate detailing on these Naeem Khan gowns! Perfect for the offbeat bride who's looking to stand out.
